The Rowhedge Heritage Trust was very grateful to our local Co-op branch in Rectory Road for making us their first chosen charity to support during the summer months.
Our donation box was installed and prominently featured on the checkout counter so customers were able to make donations when making purchases. RHT leaflets explaining the aims and work of the trust were displayed alongside the donation box and available for customers to take away and hopefully join our mailing list.
With the co-op branch generously providing a £150 donation a very credible £245 has been added to RHT funds.
We were very pleased that Will and his staff team put us forward and were very helpful in the way they communicated with us and set it all up.
